White House border czar Tom Homan confirmed that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is investigating allegations that Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) committed marriage fraud in order to enter the United States.
Speaking on Fox News, Homan declined to provide specifics about what he described as an "ongoing criminal investigation," but acknowledged that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is looking into reports concerning the Somali-American congresswoman.
