Instead of firing Rachel Zegler, Disney should issue a public statement saying that it was wrong for them to fire Gina Carano, and that it's wrong to fire anyone for something that is not related to their job performance.

By not firing her they have given Gina everything she needs to win her case and hopefully billions of dollars in punitive damages.

Did they fire Zeigler? I think they just canceled some planned productions. She’s a menace to Disney. Carano was fired from a fairly popular series over a re-tweet of an image. No added text or commentary by her at all. So many others get to rant without repercussions. They should admit fault, pay Carano, and put out a clear policy. As a business they can’t really afford to have all these lunatics running around on social media. I’m surprised their own PR people don’t shut them down. It’s bad for business and bad for careers.
