As of November 19, 2024, the Genshin Impact servers are up and running, however, they are scheduled to go down for maintenance on November 20, 2024, at 6 AM (UTC+8) to prepare for the version 5.2 update.

The servers are expected to be offline for approximately 5 hours after which fans can dive straight into all the new content that 5.2 has to offer.

HoYoverse Account System Maintenance

As well as the update maintenance, the HoYoverse Account System will also be down on November 20, 2024, from 7 AM (UTC+8) for approximately 1 hour.

HoYoverse / Dexerto

During this period certain functions (including account registration, new device verification, password recovery, linking & changing of email/third-party accounts/username, account deletion, etc.) may be unavailable but players can still log into their accounts.

After the maintenance has ended, all functions will be available as normal.
