Israeli soldiers accused of carrying out FIELD EXECUTIONS of Palestinian civilians in northern Gaza

Israeli forces are accused of carrying out field executions of Palestinians in northern Gaza, with eyewitnesses providing harrowing testimonies to the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor.

Since the start of Israel's military offensive in northern Gaza in early October, the Geneva-based nongovernmental organization has documented dozens of deliberate killings by Israeli soldiers, describing them as extrajudicial executions carried out without justification. These acts are part of a broader pattern of violence, including civilian killings, forced evictions and mass displacement.

Tamam Abdel Maqadmeh, a 61-year-old resident of Beit Lahia, recounted witnessing the deaths of her brother-in-law, Khaled Mustafa Ismail al-Shafai, and his son Ibrahim during a raid by Israeli forces.

Maqadmeh's family was staying in a two-story house when soldiers stormed the building. While hiding upstairs, they heard gunfire, and when they descended, they found Khaled dead from two gunshot wounds to his abdomen and Ibrahim shot in the head. Despite Hiyafa, Khaled's wife, begging to say a final farewell, soldiers refused.

"They executed them in front of me," Hiyafa reportedly said. The bodies of Khaled and Ibrahim remain where they fell, with neither family nor rescue teams able to reach them. Gazans suffering from abuses by Israelis

This incident is part of a broader pattern of Israeli military operations in northern Gaza, which have led to widespread humanitarian suffering. According to Euro-Med, civilians have been trapped under rubble and unable to receive medical care, as Israeli forces have blocked access to humanitarian aid.

"AJ," a resident from northern Gaza, described his wife's deteriorating condition after being seriously injured. His wife was unable to receive medical care due to the lack of proper facilities in overcrowded shelters.

The situation is dire in makeshift shelters, where displaced people are struggling to survive. One resident, from the Hamouda family, reported seeing several young men's bodies left on the roadside while he tried to retrieve flour for his family. "I saw dogs mauling the bodies of five young men, people I knew from the Zayed and Rajab families," he said.

These men had been shot by Israeli soldiers as they were returning to the shelter with food supplies. The food crisis in the shelters is severe, with residents receiving barely enough to survive, often only a loaf of bread per day.

Euro-Med condemned the international community's failure to act on these abuses, arguing that the lack of intervention makes the world complicit in the ongoing atrocities.

"This reflects a shocking disregard for Palestinian lives," the group stated. The report highlighted that Israel's ongoing operations in northern Gaza may amount to genocide, as the country's forces continue to target civilians while blocking humanitarian aid.

As of the latest reports, nearly 44,000 Palestinians have been killed, more than 103,000 wounded, and thousands more are missing under the rubble. These ongoing atrocities, compounded by the lack of international response, highlight the severe human rights crisis unfolding in Gaza.
