Taco Bell has dropped a new hot sauce inspired by singer Omar Apollo's generations-old family recipe.
The fast-food chain announced Monday that it would introduce the new sauce packet, called Disha Hot, nationwide.
The limited-time sauce is made with roasted tomatillos, white vinegar, onions, peppers, tomatoes, lime juice, and a secret spice mix, the company said.
All customers can get their hands on the new sauce starting Thursday, while Taco Bell Rewards Members will have early access beginning Tuesday.
Disha Hot can be purchased a la carte starting at $0.20, or in a limited-edition Disha Hot Discovery Box for $8.99 at participating US locations.

The chain first began talking to the Grammy-nominated musician about the sauce last year, with his goal of having the recipe reach a larger audience.
'When Omar shared the story of his family's Disha Hot sauce and its unique, personal flavors, we knew this was the kind of meaningful partnership our fans would love,' said Taco Bell Chief Marketing Officer Taylor Montgomery.
The sauce come in packets featuring messages like 'Hotter in person,' 'My mom made this,' and 'Who's Omar Apollo?'
The Disha Hot Discovery Box features a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, a Doritos Locos Taco, a Crunchy Taco, chips with nacho cheese sauce, and a medium drink.

Apollo's mom, Enriqueta, came up with recipe after she and the singer's father opened a Mexican restaurant, El Super Taco, after emigrating to the US from Guadalajara, Mexico.
El Super Taco closed before Apollo's parents could serve the sauce to customers, inspiring him to make the sauce more public.
'Everyone's family has that one recipe they believe is worth sharing with the rest of the world, for me it's Disha Hot Hot Sauce,' Apollo said.
'It's not just about the flavors that take me back to my childhood, but about honoring my heritage and the countless sacrifices my parents made for me to pursue my passions.'
Apollo and his mom enthusiastically whipped up a batch of Disha Hot during an episode of Taco Bell's Test Kitchen, explaining that they made the sauce every Sunday growing up.

Last week, Taco Bell added its Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme and the Big Cheez-It Tostada back to its nationwide menus.
The chain featured the menu items last June and removed them in July despite its Big Cheez-It Tostada becoming a fan favorite.
The limited-time Cheez-It-themed items are available while supplies last.
