More than two years after Ivana Trump's death, her plush New York City townhouse remains unsold - despite being slashed by $7 million since its initial listing.
The property, located in the upscale Lennox Hill neighborhood in Manhattan, was first listed in November 2022, four months after the 73-year-old businesswoman was found dead at the bottom of her staircase on July 14, 2022.
Ivana Trump, who was married to Donald Trump from 1977 to 1992, moved into the six-story townhouse shortly after their divorce in the early 1990s.
The property has remained largely unchanged since Ivana renovated it during that time, retaining its lavish, vintage charm.
Originally priced at $26.5 million, the townhouse's price was slashed by $4 million to $22.5 million in September 2023, before being taken off the market a month later.
In June 2024, the home was relisted by Adam D. Modlin with the Modlin Group for $19.5 million, marking a total reduction of $7 million for its initial asking price.
Despite its luxurious amenities and sought-after location, interest appears to remain lukewarm and the home has failed to attract a buyer - even at the reduced price.
The townhouse features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and an array of opulent design elements, with a gated elevator and a grand curved staircase connecting each floor.

The lavish townhouse features a winding staircase, which is covered in thick dark red carpeting, a formal parlor with a large Italian crystal chandelier, surrounded by gilded custom-paneling and ceiling heights of more than 10.5 feet
Notable features include a crystal chandelier, silk wallpaper, and a gold-embossed fireplace in the second-floor living room.
The Versailles-inspired dining room is adorned with massive windows that overlook a private interior courtyard.
The spacious third-floor primary suite occupies the entire floor, with three French doors opening to a private terrace.
Its ensuite bathroom features pink onyx marble, a double sink, and a large soaking tub.
Adjacent to the bedroom is a stylish office with leopard-print furniture, an onyx fireplace with gold detailing, and a walk-in closet.
Other highlights of the property include guest rooms that offer views of the stately homes on 64th Street, a media room, and a sauna.
The townhouse is jointly listed by J. Roger Erickson of Douglas Elliman and Adam D. Modlin of Modlin Group.

Ivana had grown increasingly frail during more than two years of isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic, friends say, and the socialite's close confidante Nikki Haskell said she had feared an accident on the stairs.
'I have to tell you something - that has always been my fear. She had one of those really beautiful staircases that was impossible to walk down,' Haskell told Extra in July 2022.
'Narrow in the inside and wider as it got out. I was always afraid that she would fall. I don't know what happened, but it's not hard for me to believe that's what happened - treacherous stairs,' added Haskell.
Ivana's funeral mass, held in New York City, was attended by her ex-husband Donald Trump and their three children: Donald Jr., 46; Ivanka, 43, and Eric, 40.
The service honored her with a display of 73 candles, each representing a year of her life.
Ivana was laid to rest in a private plot at the Trump National Golf Course in Bedminster, New Jersey, where the family, including the president-elect, regularly spends time.
It comes after Ivanka Trump paid tribute to her late mother Ivana on what would have been the socialite's 75th birthday in February last year.
The former First Daughter took to Instagram with a selection of sweet snaps of Ivana, declaring that her family is 'navigating through life with the compass of her love and intrepid spirit.'
