Near the close of the vice-presidential debate, Sen. JD Vance of Ohio was on the verge of capping off a fantastic night for a Republican ticket that has been lost in a news cycle of its own making over false claims about Haitian migrants eating people's pets in Springfield, Ohio.
And then January 6, 2021, and the 2020 election came up.

Business Insider should stick to telling us how Russia is being defeated in Ukraine and Putin’s government is collapsing.

Isn’t Business Insider a lefty, always anti-Trump rag?
Any redeeming qualities in them?

Business Insider is SOOOOO PREDICTABLE. Its staffers are probably hatin’ life this morning… and that puts a smile on my face.

Yeah we know...the talking points went to every media outlet immediately so that they can use this as a coordinated point of attack to try to claim that Walz “won” the debate. Isn’t it funny that every media pundit has come to this exact same conclusion? All at about the exact same time.
The fact that so many people can’t recognize media manipulation is scary.

Haitians are eating pets. This is Hunter Bidens laptop 2.0.
When the election is over, and the consequences no longer matters, the media will admit the truth about the cat eating stuff. They’ll justify it by simply saying ‘we didn’t have all the information at the time’.

No, he didn’t screw it up. The left wanted him to try to fight about 2020. Failing that, they desperately wanted to corner him into saying that 2020 was stolen.
He parried Walz and the Mods attempts to bait him away.
He had one and only ONE mission last night. To look calm and in control, and to not frighten women. He had to project a vibe of being ready to be president on day one.
He nailed it perfectly.

They would even be happy with him saying 2020 was NOT stolen. That is a sacrament to them to bully republicans into saying that. It’s like forcing them to say 2+2=5.
Then he would be at odds with Trump.
He ruined all their schemes by simply saying it’s time to focus on the future.
