Virginia Giuffre, who accused Jeffrey Epstein of sex trafficking her to Prince Andrew, claims she has four days to live after sustaining severe injuries in a car accident.
Giuffre shared an image from a hospital bed Sunday showing severe bruising on her face.
“This year has been the worst start to a new year,” she wrote on Instagram. “I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can.”
Giuffre, a 41-year-old mother of three, said her situation is dire. “I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology,” she claimed.
Giuffre indicated that she had made peace with the severity of her apparent medical situation and begged to see her children.
“I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time,” she wrote. “But you know what they say about wishes. S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day.”

There was no further information provided about when or where the incident described occurred.
British news outlet GBN reported that Giuffre had recently separated from her Australian husband of 22 years. The couple is believed to have met in Thailand when she was just 19 years old.
Giuffre and her family lived in Ocean Reef, North Perth in Western Australia, the outlet reported.

Giuffre alleged Epstein coerced her into sex with Prince Andrew at least three times when she was just 17 years old.
The very public scandal resulted in severe consequences for the Duke of York, who has since been stripped of the use of His Royal Highness as a form of address. Prince Andrew lost his military titles and royal patronages after the scandal went public. He agreed to pay an out-of-court settlement reported to possibly be in the millions to Giuffre in 2022.
