The First Lady, 73, embraced bipartisanship wearing a color combination of blue and red, as she arrived at the White House with President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff.
Dr. Biden looked effortlessly chic in Ralph Lauren outfit, which consisted of a dark purple colored frock, wearing a near-matching purple wool wrap coat over the top, which retails for $550.
