Jill Biden has reworn a controversial dress for the second time.

On Monday, she arrived in Durham, North Carolina, in a custom frock from designer Christian Siriano with the word 'vote' written all over it.

The 73-year-old first wore the dress at the presidential debate between Donald Trump and her husband Joe Biden.

At the time, the New York Times pointed out that she'd worn it to grab attention and make a statement.

The debate ended up being a disaster for her husband, who ended up canceling his reelection campaign so that Kamala Harris could take his place.

Siriano gushed about the garment shortly after the debate aired back in June.

'Dr. Biden wearing my dress sends a clear message to us all. A vote for Biden is a vote for human and civil rights,' he posted on X.

'As a young American brand and designer, what we can do is give our clothes a voice and I hope this speaks to you. Now let’s get to work!'

The First Lady confidently rocked the frock again on Monday, but with a surprising twist.

This time around, she added a navy blue blazer on top.

It's unclear if she opted for the blazer to add something new to the look, or if she simply donned it because it was cold.

Dr. Biden was campaigning for Kamala Harris in North Carolina, and even brought cookies to engage local voters.

The dress has drawn a mixed reaction from political junkies on social media, with some loving the message while others found it condescending.

'I'll vote for Biden, but I was very offended that Jill Biden wore that "vote" dress. As if we need to be reminded by an article of clothing. It was very narcissistic,' one complained.

'Jill Biden with the VOTE dress. YASSS,' exclaimed another.

The glamorous Dr. Biden has made quite a splash in the fashion world, covering Vogue magazine twice and also appearing in the magazine with her daughter Naomi.

She also attended New York Fashion Week in September, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Rufus Wainwright and Jude Law.
