To Chicago and beyond!

Joan Cusack pulled back the curtain on her decision to ditch Hollywood for a “normal” Chicago life with her family at Tuesday’s “Toy Story 5” premiere in Los Angeles.

“I feel so honored to have worked in this industry for a long time,” the actress, 63, explained to Variety. “But it’s also great to live your life and raise your kids and be in Chicago and be a normal person.”

Cusack has been married to her husband, attorney Richard Burke, since 1996.

The couple share sons Dylan, 28, and Miles, 25.

The Emmy winner, who voices Jessie in the film franchise, called her life outside of the industry “kind of priceless” — but did dub the star-studded premiere “kind of cool.”

She noted, “There are not that many movies who do huge red carpets unless you’re doing an action [film].”

The London premiere last month marked Cusack’s first red carpet in more than a decade.

The Oscar nominee posed for pictures with co-star Tom Hanks, as well as Taylor Swift.

The pop star, who sparkled in an off-the-shoulder corset dress, has a new original song, “I Knew It, I Knew You,” featured in the movie — and surprised fans with a performance after the screening.

Swift, 36, specifically gushed over Cusack’s character while sharing the song with Swifties via social media last week.

Posting a throwback video of herself in the iconic cowgirl costume on Friday, the Grammy winner wrote, “Creating something for Jessie was a new challenge and also felt like second nature all at once. And being a @toystory kid from the age of 5 til now… is an adventure I plan to be on, to infinity and beyond.”

Cusack’s character made her debut in “Toy Story 2” in 1999, going on to star in the Disney Pixar franchise’s third and fourth installments in 2010 and 2019, respectively.

“Toy Story 5” hits theaters June 19.
