She wants him to pay up.

Jodie Turner-Smith accused her estranged husband, Joshua Jackson, of not paying child support for their 4-year-old daughter, Juno.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the “Queen & Slim” actress alleged the “Dawson’s Creek” alum is “reneging” on his promise to continue supporting her financially amid their divorce.

Turner-Smith, 38, alleged in the docs that Jackson, 46, “promised to always support me and ensured me that I would not have to worry about financial security for our daughter if we ever separated because he said he understood how difficult life can be as a Black woman and a single mother.”

She also argued in the filing that the “Doctor Odyssey” actor made more money than her during their four-year marriage and has been purposely dragging out their divorce proceedings, causing her to rack up legal fees.

The “Agency” actress wants her ex to pay her $8,543 per month retroactive to the date of her initial filing in October 2023 and pay her $28,641 a month in spousal support while their divorce is still pending.

Additionally, she wants Jackson to pay her $250,000 to cover her attorney fees and other costs.

Page Six has reached out to a rep for Jackson but did not immediately hear back.

Turner-Smith filed for divorce from the “Might Ducks” actor on October 2023, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of the split. She asked for joint physical custody of their daughter, whom they welcomed in April 2020.

A source told Us Weekly that Jackson was “caught off guard” by the filing and didn’t think their marital issues were enough to call it quits.

However, that same month, he was seen with “Black Panther” star Lupita Nyong’o at Janelle Monáe’s “The Age of Pleasure” tour stop at the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, Calif.

By December, the duo confirmed their relationship by holding hands during a stroll in Joshua Tree, Calif.

Despite celebrating Nyong’o’s 41st birthday together in March, the actress confirmed she was single a few months later.

Turner-Smith and the dad of one met at his birthday party in 2018 and secretly got engaged less than a year later.

The pair tied the knot in December 2019.
