Jon Gosselin has revealed the weight loss plan that he believes will help him shed pounds for his upcoming wedding to fiancée Stephanie Lebo.
The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star, 47, proposed to Stephanie, 37, in November 2024 after three years together at her favorite restaurant in Pennsylvania where they reside.
The couple is set to tie the knot on November 23, 2025, after locking in a venue somewhere in the 'Northeast' that's 'close to home,' according to Jon.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com at The Music Lodge's Enlighten Wellness Lounge at the Sundance Film Festival, the reality star shared more details about his upcoming nuptials and how he's preparing for the big day.
'To get prepared for the wedding and my own self, I've been doing CellSound, which is getting rid of my visceral fat. I am part of a new med spa that I go to.
'Working out. I walk. I didn't work out this week because I've been walking up this damn hill, 15,000 steps and 7,000 feet, so I'm feeling it,' Jon said, referring to Main Street in Park City, Utah, where the film festival takes place.
'But I'm trying to eat healthier and not eat as much, and portion control.
'And all these things that everyone does, I'm trying to maintain that. And now I have the time. So I have the time to go the gym, and I have the time to do these things.'

The DJ shared how he's getting in shape to fit into a smaller 'suit size' for his upcoming wedding to Stephanie Lebo
Jon, 47, and Stephanie, 37, are set to tie the knot on November 23, 2025, at a venue that's 'close to home' in Reading, Pennsylvania
Jon previously revealed he had lost more than 50 pounds with help from semaglutide, which is commonly sold under brand names such as Ozempic and Wegovy.
He told DailyMail.com on January 25 in a video interview that he's 'still on a low dose' of semaglutide, which he injects himself with once a week to help him 'maintain' his weight.
However, he said he wants to lose 'about 20 pounds' to reach his goal weight of 190, so he can wear a smaller suit size for his fall wedding.
'I want to reach 190 because that will put me in a better suit size for my wedding because I have broad shoulders.
'So, I would love to be a 40 regular instead of a 42. It's just what I want,' he said.
To also help with the weight loss, he gets CellSound treatments when he goes to Los Angeles to visit Dr. Nicholas Nikolov, a world-renowned plastic surgeon.
Jon was able to show off his abs this summer after 'never having abs before' from the non-invasive treatments since they helped 'tighten up all that skin and the belly fat.'
The Beverly Hills-based doctor, who was also at the Enlighten Wellness Lounge, told DailyMail.com that he noticed a difference with Jon getting the CellSound treatments.

Jon previously revealed he had lost over 50 pounds by taking semaglutide, known as brand names Ozempic and Wegovy, and saw his abs for the first time over the summer
Jon credits Dr. Nicholas Nikolov for introducing him to CellSound Aesthetics treatments, which help get rid of visceral fat and tighten the skin
'We've slimmed him down a little more. The tissue looks better and his appearance. In a bathing suit, he looks a lot better,' he said.
During Sundance, Jon DJ'd at The Music Lodge's Enlighten Wellness Lounge at Treasure Mountain Inn where guests got to try a CellSound Aesthetics session for themselves as well as recharge with ReClinic's vitamin drips and relax with a chair massage by Enlighten Wellness.
Celebrities who stopped by the lounge included John Lithgow, Dave Franco, Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Meredith Marks and Marlee Matlin.
With 10 months away from his upcoming wedding, Jon said the next step is to send out the invitations to his and Stephanie's friends and family.
He's hoping to keep the guest list 'below 150,' so each week, he keeps 'dwindling [the guest list] down 10 people.'
Despite being estranged from six of his eight children, he plans on inviting them all of them to his wedding, even though he doesn't have all their addresses or phone numbers.
Kate, 49, and Jon's twins Mady and Cara, 24, and their four 20-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Aaden, Joel and Leah, have been estranged from their father for over 10 years.
The exes' other two kids, Hannah and Collin, 20, have lived with Jon since 2018, but both are now attending college. Hannah is at the University of Miami while Collin is studying at Penn State University.

Jon revealed in 2023 that he last spoke to his daughters, Mady and Cara, in 2014 (pictured on the Today show with mom Kate Gosselin the year he claimed he last spoke to them)
The TV personality is also estranged from four of his 20-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Aaden, Joel and Leah, which Jon is 'praying that they come around or talk to me'
Jon hasn't been in touch with his ex Kate since there's 'too much animosity,' he insisted
'Mady and Cara live in Manhattan. They have their own careers, their own life. The other four... they go to four different colleges in North Carolina, so I guess they got in state tuition or whatever, because that's where they live now,' Jon shared.
He went on to say his daughter Hannah 'talks to them,' and that he's 'praying that they come around or talk to me.'
He explained, 'I'm not gonna pressure them, but they already know how I feel because Hannah told them.
'I don't have their phone numbers. I don't have any of that stuff. I used to reach out to Cara on LinkedIn. I go to New York a lot, but I never heard a response.
'But it's interesting, like, the cell phone numbers that I do have, they must still be active because [text messages are] blue and I'm not green.'
As far as reaching out to his ex, Kate, he told DailyMail.com that he's 'not' in contact with her, especially spending 14 years embroiled in a nasty custody battle.
'I don't plan on it either. Too much animosity,' he insisted.
The mom-of-eight was previously seeking $132,000 in alleged back child support and then lost the battle in November 2023 when a Pennsylvania judge ruled in Jon's favor.
Stephanie posted on January 26 on Instagram that she 'said yes' to her wedding dress, which she selected from L&H Bridal Rack in Sinking Spring, PA
Jon continues to make his DJ career a focus in his life apart from being a 'stay-at-home dad'
After Sundance, the DJ headed back home where his primary focus is his music career and being a 'stay-at-home dad' to Hannah and Collin whenever they come back home from school and Stephanie's teenage daughter, Giuliana.
'We've pretty built a good rapport with each other. I mean, I take [Giuliana] to school and take her roller skating and all that kind of stuff, just like I did with my kids,' he said.
For now, Jon is not stressing wedding planning and letting his fiancée, who is a cosmetologist, handle the small details and is leaving the music aspect of the ceremony to his partner, Noah Opstad.
'I mean, things have been really good. It's not as stressful. I mean, a wedding is stressful, but I've DJ'd so many weddings.
'I just let Steph talk, and then I'm like, "Okay." She just wants to get it out and she has big plans. There's a coordinator and all that stuff,' he explained.
Stephanie revealed on her Instagram on January 26 that she 'said yes' to her wedding dress, which she selected from L&H Bridal Rack in Sinking Spring, PA.
Jon said his mother, Pamela Castello, was involved in helping his fiancée pick out the dress, which he believes was a sweet gesture.
'My mom said it's nice because Steph's involving my mother, and my mother, she's had six weddings, like, in my family, and was never really involved,' he shared.
