Jonah Hill’s former Malibu home — which was the venue for Hayden Panettiere’s memorial reception on Saturday — is listed on sale for $12.95 million, Page Six has learned.
Saturday’s memorial service at Malibu Pacific Church was followed by the reception at the 4-bed, 4-bath house, which is just a 5-minute drive from the church.
Hill previously owned the Malibu residence before selling it in 2022 for $11.1 million. The home sold again in November 2025 before being put on the market in April 2026 for $13.25 million.
After 3 months on the housing market, the price was cut by $300,000 in late July.
The recently renovated coastal residence — which spans 3,653 square feet — comes with private beach access along with an ocean-view roof deck. The home also features a backyard pool and spa and an outdoor kitchen.
The memorial service and reception were attended by 150 of Panettiere’s family and friends, including her “Nashville” co-star Connie Britton, 59, sources shared with TMZ.
Britton and fellow “Nashville” castmate Charles Esten both made speeches during the service, according to the outlet.
Esten, 61, also reportedly performed one of Panettiere’s songs from “Nashville,” entitled “Free,” along with 11-year-old Isabella D’Amore, per Us Weekly.
More “Nashville” actors were present at the memorial, from Lennon Stella to Jonathan Jackson.
Other celebrities spotted at the event included Evan Ross, Paris Hilton and Ruby Rose.
Brian and his brother Zach Hickerson, both of whom attempted to resuscitate Panettiere when she died of an apparent overdose in South Carolina on Aug. 16, did not receive invitations to the event, per TMZ.
Hayden Panettiere’s ex-fiancé, Wladimir Klitschko, took to social media to mourn the loss of the actress.
“Our family is going through a time of profound shock and grief. The announcement of Hayden’s tragic death saddens me deeply. She left this world far too soon. Hayden was, although no longer my partner, an important part of my life and the mother of our daughter, Kaya,” Klitschko wrote on Instagram on August 18.
“Rest easy, Hayden. May you find eternal peace.” The boxing champion ended his tribute.
