The mood at Mar-a-Lago is “joyous”, Nigel Farage has told GB News as the early indications paint a positive picture for Donald Trump.
The 78-year-old is projected to win North Carolina, the first result in a battleground state.
Farage, a long-term ally of the former president, was in attendance at a party alongside the likes of Trump himself and Elon Musk.
He heralded Trump’s good performance so far, indicating he is ready to celebrate a victory for the Republican candidate.

GB News’s Stephen Dixon asked Nigel how “well thought through” Trump’s coalition of Elon Musk and Robert F Kennedy Jr is.
He responded: “Kennedy wants to make America healthy again. He is sceptical about the level of prescription drugs being handed out in America.
“He is part of the coalition and Elon Musk is a really important part of it. If he gets put in office to cut the size of the administrative state, it will be spectacular.”
Nigel even had an encounter with Trump at the party, saying the Republican thanked him for being in attendance.

He told GB News yesterday he was “absolutely certain” of a Trump win.
“You know what? You can listen to the polls if you want, but I don’t believe them”, he said.
“I am absolutely certain that Trump is going to win.”
