Judge Angelo Foglietta has paused the lawsuit against Elon Musk's America PAC, allowing the federal district court to decide whether to take up the case.

Musk’s office building full of high-powered lawyers ain’t idiots, they vetted and double vetted the proposal dozens of times and made sure it was legal before Musk uttered a word.
