Kaia Gerber has broken her silence on the tragic death of her only sibling, Presley Gerber.

“i love you the bluest, to the moon and back and back again, forever big brother,” she captioned an emotional post shared Sunday — nearly a month after Presley’s death.

Kaia’s post included a childhood video and photo of her and Presley, as well as a lengthy statement in which the model said, “i don’t have the words,” as she addressed “the magnitude of losing you.”

“you know how much i loved being your sister. it has always been, and will forever be, my favorite thing about myself,” she continued. i came into this world with a white-knuckle grip around you. i had more love for you than i knew what to do with. and now that it has nowhere obvious to go, i’m certain it’s going to swallow me whole.”

The same day, Kaia joined her parents, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, in a statement on Crawford’s Instagram on Oct.18.

“We are beyond heartbroken to lose our beloved son and brother,” the emotional missive read. “We feel so blessed to have had Presley in our lives for 27 years. He is a sweet, beautiful soul who loved and is loved, now and forever.

“We are so proud of how he showed up in the world, with kindness and vulnerability. We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support from so many who know and love our family and even strangers who feel our pain. Til we meet again our sweet boy. We love you forever, Mom, Dad and Kaia 🪽.”

The statement, which ran alongside a black-and-white photo of Presley with angel wings, also included his birth and death dates and a thank you to photographer Sebastian Faena “for capturing this beautiful image.”

As Page Six previously reported, Presley died on Sept. 20 at a rehab facility in Santa Monica, California. He was 27.

Sources told Page Six that the model had checked himself in for treatment just one day before he was pronounced deceased.

Additionally, a source told TMZ that Presley “did not appear sober” when he entered the facility.

While an official cause of death has yet to be announced, 911 audio obtained by Page Six revealed that Presley went into “cardiac arrest” and was being treated for a suspected “overdose.”

Months before Presley’s death, his mom, Cindy Crawford gushed over the bond he had with Kaia.

“Nothing makes, I think, a parent prouder than when your kids like each other and love each other,” the supermodel said in a May interview with People.

Kaia, 25, had also previously opened up about the addiction battles and mental health struggles her brother was facing in a September cover story for Vogue.

“When something like that happens in a family, it kind of levels everyone,” she explained of her brother’s struggles.

“I think that’s also why I started to self-identify as the easy one and never wanted to ask for help. Because it felt like too much to have two children who were needing.”

Although the actress said that her parents are “very, very private and didn’t share anything” about Presley’s hardships, she wanted to make it clear that her older brother was an “absolute teacher” and someone she looked up to.

Following Presley’s death, insiders told Page Six that Crawford was “devastated” over her loss.

“They were so close. What you saw online and in the press wasn’t just for that purpose. They were a tight-knit family and Kaia and Presley were more than just siblings,” a source close to the family shared.

“This is every parent’s worst nightmare, and the family is still trying to process everything that happened.”
