Back to basics.

Kendra Wilkinson hit the gym for the first time in two years amid her GLP-1 weight loss journey.

The former Playboy model shared her vulnerable return via Instagram Wednesday, admitting to her followers that she “hasn’t worked out in probably two years” and has “no idea” what she’s doing.

“I don’t know where to start,” she confessed in an Instagram Stories clip. “Do I start with cardio? What do I do?”

In another video, Wilkinson showed her “slow start” on the StairMaster alongside her 12-year-old daughter, Alijah.

The “Girls Next Door” alum then moved on to some weight training.

“Ended with cardio too. Whatever. Lol,” she captioned the last clip of her on a treadmill.

Wilkinson also shared more photos of her, Alijah and 16-year-old son Hank all working out together.

“Family gym time…Makes me so happy!! 😃 🏋🏼‍♀️,” she captioned the carousel.

Fans in Wilkinson’s comments section praised the reality star for sharing the candid post and encouraged her to continue on her gym journey.

“What a healthy way to spend time together with your kids! And at the same time teaching them a great lifestyle! 🤍 kudos mama,” one gushed

“Looking great, doing great. Stay strong!” another wrote. A third added, “Believe in Yourself! Every day a little more! You’ve got this!”

Last month, Wilkinson revealed she dropped over two dress sizes just by taking GLP-1 weight loss drugs.

“I go by the fit of my clothes and old clothes. Was on my way to size 10. Now I’m less than a size 6,” she told her Instagram followers.

Back in March, the 41-year-old revealed that she started using a GLP-1 for financial reasons.

“I hit 40. I’m happy. I’m at peace, but I noticed that my jeans are a little tighter lately, so I don’t want to go out and shop anymore,” she told Us Weekly at the time.

“Mama is on a budget, so I have to fit back in my jeans.”

Despite her major weight loss transformation, the real estate agent insisted that slimming down so much wasn’t her goal.

“I just want to slightly, like, ease my way into it,” she noted. “I just want to be balanced out. I don’t really want to be skinny, but I just want to be balanced and fit in my jeans again.”

“I’m a little overweight at the moment,” she also shared.
