Kylie Kelce has shocked fans after revealing she will always schedule childcare for her kids - even when her husband is home.

The mother of three, who is pregnant with her fourth daughter, answered a question from a listener on her podcast Not Gonna Lie, shocking fans with her frank response.

Kylie was asked whether or not Jason takes care of the kids while she records her podcast - after the listener pointed out she looks after their three girls while he records his podcast New Heights with brother Travis Kelce - to which the simple reply was 'no.'

'When I have to do something, coaching, something for Eagles Autism Foundation, podcast, a doctor's appointment even, I will schedule childcare,' the 32-year-old, who has been married to Jason, 37,  since 2018, explained.

'My husband could tell me 72 times that he is going to be in the house during the times that I have to leave it, I will still schedule childcare,' she declared in the clip, which was initially shared last week after her first podcast episode.

Kylie then then went on to assure listeners that it is 'not a knock' on her husband, whom she says is 'busier than he's ever been.'

'He's working so hard and really grinding right now, and I just make sure that I'm covered,' she insisted.

'And if that means he's at the house and someone else is there, then that's what we have going on.

'He will not be watching the kids,' she concluded. 'He's not watching them right now. I think he's in meetings.'

The clip was shared to X, formerly known as Twitter, with users appalled about her husband's lack of support with childcare.

Users were taken aback by Kylie's attitude, slamming Jason for not looking after his own children.

'Straight women are not okay. I can't imagine being married to someone I don't trust with my kids. Insane,' a user wrote, replying to the clip.

'Her excuses are weird as well. He's their father, he's meant to be looking after them?' someone else replied to a clip of the podcast.

'I would never marry someone who I can't depend on to be responsible for our children what the hell??' exclaimed another.

'It sounds like Kylie also has a 37-year-old son at home,' snarked another.

'Basically what I'm hearing is that when he's busy, she keeps the kids out of his way... and when she's busy, she also finds solutions to keep the kids out of his way,' another wrote.

Others argued it sounds like they've found an arrangement which works for both of them.

'Sounds like since his schedule is demanding, insane, and sometimes urgent, she helps ensure the kids always have proper care,' someone else pointed out. 'This is like an absurdly normal marital dynamic and the people freaking out over it have no humor or understanding of actual partnerships.'

'I beg y'all to listen and think critically. She never implied that he can't or won't patent his children. She's taking care of her own sanity and personal responsibilities because his schedule is not necessarily his own,' another user argued.

'Why should she cancel if something comes up that makes him unavailable? She has the resources and opportunity to ensure that her children are cared first without limiting herself,' the user continued.

'Before, and now, Jason likely had many meetings or events that are unpredictable and often things he just couldn't reschedule. That's life in a real job where others depend on you and you are part of an executive team.'

The former Philadelphia Eagles star and his wife already have Wyatt, five, Elliotte, three, and Bennett, one.

Kylie's podcast, Not Gonna Lie, intends to share her personal story beyond being just a 'football wife,' setting the record straight on gossip and speaking her truths on topics like 'modern parenting, social media trends, women in sports, and more.'
