Actor Glen Powell’s new line of condiments is making some ladies feel saucy, it seems.
At an event to celebrate the launch of his Smash Kitchen range, one googly-eyed admirer told the “Hidden Figures” star: “I love the taste of your mustard in my mouth.”
The actor hit the town in New York City on Tuesday night amid the hoopla caused by reports that he and his “Anyone But You” co-star, Sydney Sweeney, are an item (they’re not) for a launch party on the Lower East Side.
Powell mingled with 150 guests, who were able to sample eight flavors including hot honey ketchup, spicy mayo, and hot honey BBQ.
Bravo stars Gia Giudice, Carl Radke, Lexi Wood and Luke Gulbranson were also angling for his attention.
In Radke’s case, it was a direct order from his mom to get a photo with the “Top Gun: Maverick” star, he said. An insider told Page Six the duo bonded over their love for their moms.
We hear he called it a night early because of his “Today” show appearance this morning, where he played coy about the Sweeney dating rumors. His pals and mom, however, are a bit more forthcoming on the matter.
“They are not dating, just good friends,” a source told Page Six.
Rumors of them being romantically involved hit fever pitch this week after they were spotted together in Texas, celebrating the wedding of his younger sister, Leslie. His mom, Cyndy, dismissed chatter as “silly,” telling the Daily Mail, “They’re definitely not together… [There is] nothing going on behind closed doors.”
Meanwhile, it’s all about flavored mustard and ketchup for Powell. The brand exclusively hit shelves at Walmart today, and we here he plans to keep his launch party going with an invite-only BBQ in LA on Friday.
