Lana Del Rey's new husband Jeremy Dufrene, who is an airboat captain in Louisiana, recently made a quip involving his ex-wife.
Part of his spiel involves interacting with large alligators in the swamp he tours.
According to TMZ, 49-year-old Dufrene — whose ex-fiancée shared her thoughts on his new romance — joked with boat passengers about a particular reptile, 'Me and [this alligator] have been pretty tight ever since I fed him my ex-wife.'
He later assured the riders, 'I'm just kidding. I'm kidding.'
It comes after the 39-year-old songstress broke her silence earlier this week following their whirlwind wedding.

Lana recently revealed the extent of the unwanted attention she and her new spouse have experienced since news of their nuptials broke.
On the Instagram fan account LanaBoards, she wrote, 'Unfortunately, a local couple from Houma won't stop flying drones into our windows every morning and following us with a tracker.'
The performer, born Elizabeth Grant, continued, 'But if Sara Michelle Champagne and Kruesch (a famous New Orleans paparazzi) could stop switching vehicles following the family - and stop following us around remote parts of the country and Photoshopping my wedding ring into a pearl - I know we would feel a lot safer.'
She added: 'All that being said, Jeremy is the one and only. And amazing. And we're very happy.'
Jeremy's ex-fiancée revealed she was blindsided by his wedding to the music artist.
She said she learned he had walked down the aisle when she was shown pictures the following morning.
Del Rey and Dufrene married in an intimate ceremony by the water in Des Allemandes, Louisiana last week, just one month after they went public with their romance, and five years after they first met.
Kelli Welsh, 45, who was engaged to Dufrene for 12 years before they split in October 2023, told DailyMail.com she was in 'shock' at how quickly they said, 'I do.'
'I am in shock because we were engaged for 12 years, and he got married after one month.

Welsh and Dufrene started dating as teenagers when she was 16 and he was 19, but they broke up after a year.
He went on to marry his first wife Gina, with whom he shares three children — two sons and a daughter.
Within a year of the marriage ending, he rekindled with Welsh.
