The 55-year-old former journalist was seen sunbathing in a yellow patterned bikini as several officials appeared to investigate the $500 million ship.
Her former partner Tony, 48, was also spotted on board, donning a pair of white and black swim trunks.
Billionaire Amazon founder Jeff, 60, was not featured in any of the photos.
It's no secret that Lauren has stayed closed with Tony and his new wife, October Gonzalez, as she's often seen hanging out with them.

One photo showed Lauren sunbathing in her risqué two-piece as she spoke to a woman who appeared to be one of the officials with a walkie-talkie in her back pocket.
She completed the look in a wide-brimmed sunhat with large aviators.
The former new anchor calmly looked up at the woman, who spoke while pointing her finger and motioning upwards.
Her ex Tony was pictured standing by the edge of the boat getting ready to dive into the shimmering water.
The football star - who sported a pair of grey swim trunks - showed off his rock-hard abs as he jumped into the ocean.
Lauren decided to stay out of the water and worked on her tan instead.
In one flick, the former lovers could even be seen walking toward each other for what seemed to be a serious chat.
