The Ministerial Committee approved moving forward the proposed legislation initiated by Likud MKs Avichai Boaron and Amit Halevi on Sunday, which stipulates that an educator who obtained their degree in the Palestinian Authority will not be permitted to work as a teacher in Israel.
The proposal is expected to be brought for a preliminary reading later this week.
