The holdout Lindsay Clancy juror Michael Desronvil, who forced a mistrial by refusing to agree that she was not guilty of murder, has shared previously unseen pictures showing him with his infant daughter on Sunday — as a fundraiser for him topped $350,000.
Desronvil, 48, who triggered a hung jury when he refused to side with his 11 peers and agree that the killer mom should be found found legally insane, is pictured smiling as he holds his baby girl in his arms in the pictures shared with The Post by his attorney.
One of the pictures was taken the day his daughter was born.
It comes as an online fundraiser for Desronvil hit $350,000 on Sunday afternoon, following a surge in donations after the holdout juror released a statement on Friday in which he said he “didn’t have any doubts” about Clancy’s guilt.
Desronvil’s decision not to exonerate Clancy for the killing three young children has seen him face both praise and attacks.
He has even received “death threats, doxxing, and harassment,” and had to leave his home and stay at an “undisclosed secure location” in rural New England due to some of Clancy’s twisted supporters, his attorney, Edward Paltzik, said on X Friday, as he publicly confirmed Desronvil’s identity.
The fundraiser’s organizer said the money raised would help him pay for his security, legal fees, and lost work.
Desronvil believes he is also being targeted because he is a black Republican, according to an off-camera interview he reportedly gave on Tuesday to YouTuber Ray Marcel.
Clancy, 36, has admitted to strangling her three children, 8-month-old Callan, Cora, 5, and Dawson, 3, during what her defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, has said was a severe bout of postpartum psychosis.
But prosecutors argued that Clancy coldly and calculatedly waited until her husband had left the house before murdering her children one-by-one, and therefore should be held criminally responsible.
