A fundraiser for Lindsay Clancy's parents has raised almost $1 million as her murder trial for killing her three children enters its fourth week.

The former nurse, 36, is accused of murdering Cora, five, Dawson, three, and eight-month-old Callan, at her home in Duxbury, Massachusetts, in January 2023.

Her parents, Mike and Paula Musgrove, have been in court each day of the grueling trial supporting their daughter.

A GoFundMe to support the couple’s travel and living expenses has raised over $800,000 of its $2 million goal as of Monday morning.

‘They have spent years absorbing the travel, lodging, and living costs required to remain close to their daughter, drawing down savings they spent a lifetime building,’ the fundraiser said.

‘They have not walked away from their daughter, and they have never been unclear about why: they love her.’

Clancy strangled her children with exercise bands and then allegedly attempted to kill herself, but her efforts failed and left her paralyzed and in a wheelchair for life.

She has admitted to killing her children but pleaded not guilty to murder by reason of insanity, citing postpartum psychosis, and is also suing her former healthcare providers for medical malpractice and negligence.

GoFundMe for Lindsay Clancy’s parents raises nearly $1m

A GoFundMe for Lindsay Clancy’s parents, Mike and Paula Musgrove, has raised over $800,000 as of Monday morning.

The couple, who are from Connecticut, have been in the Massachusetts courtroom each day supporting their daughter.

‘They have spent years absorbing the travel, lodging, and living costs required to remain close to their daughter, drawing down savings they spent a lifetime building,’ the fundraiser said.

‘They have not walked away from their daughter, and they have never been unclear about why: they love her.’

According to the page organizer, the fundraiser is intended to help the couple with their financial woes, not their daughter’s legal defense.

The fundraiser has a $2 million goal, and states that Paula is retired and Mike is a photographer.

‘The purpose of this fund is to help Mike and Paula rebuild the financial stability they have sacrificed over these past three years,’ the page said.

‘The case will eventually reach its conclusion. Whatever that outcome is, Mike and Paula will still have to pick up the pieces of the lives they have put on hold to be there for their daughter.’

The fundraiser added that it was created with the Musgroves's consent and Clancy’s lawyer, Kevin Reddington, is aware of it.

Judge William Sullivan told the jury that the prosecution is expected to rest today.

Then it will be up to the defense if they want to bring a case.

First, the prosecution called Ian Whiffin to the stand, a digital forensics expert at Cellebrite.

Clancy murder trial discusses suicide

Lindsay Clancy, 36, is accused of murdering her three children – Cora, five, Dawson, three, and eight-month-old Callan – in January 2023.

Although Clancy does not deny killing her children, she has pleaded not guilty and claimed she is not responsible for her actions because she was suffering from postpartum psychosis.

On the day of the killings, Clancy asked her husband, Patrick Clancy, to leave their home to get takeout food and to pick up something at a pharmacy.

Clancy strangled the children with exercise bands, then used multiple methods to try to end her own life.

She was paralyzed after falling from the home's second-story window and is being held at a state hospital.

Prosecutors requested a log of people who join Clancy on breaks

The prosecution filed a motion requesting a log of who enters the room with Clancy during breaks in the trial on Thursday.

They said that Dr Paul Zeizel and a priest have been entering the room at times.

The judge asked, 'You're not looking for the name of the priest who went back there?'

Reddington grabbed the list from the court officer's desk and told the prosecutors they don't need to go through this motion.

He said that a Roman Catholic priest, Father Bob, has been joining Clancy.

The judge ruled that he will not order the names of anyone who visited Clancy other than Dr Zeizel.

He added that if the priest is called as a witness, then he will re-evaluate.

Dr Zeizel is a highly-experienced, well-respected forensic psychologist who works with Reddington.

Lindsay Clancy courtroom stunned after cop shares rumor that psychologist COACHED Massachusetts mom

The stunning moment came during day 12 of Lindsay Clancy’s trial when a police officer admitted the state’s apparent theory that a doctor had coached the mom-of-three to claim that she killed her children because she was hearing voices.

She claims that she was in the throes of severe postpartum depression and psychosis and heard a voice commanding her to kill the children and herself, telling her it was her ‘last chance.’

Inside Plymouth County Superior Court on Wednesday morning, Massachusetts State Police Sgt Dan Lawlor was forced to admit that investigators discussed a ‘theory’ that a psychologist hired by the defense had planted the seed of that story in Clancy’s mind.

Baby-faced Ivy League psychiatrist who'd never met Lindsay Clancy but prescribed her barrage of drugs takes center stage in children's horror murder trial

The baby-faced psychiatrist who prescribed a boatload of drugs to Lindsay Clancy without ever meeting her in person has become a key figure in 'America's saddest murder trial.'

Dr Jennifer Tufts's frustrated, impolite demeanor towards Clancy's lawyer, her bumbling answers and her apparent unpreparedness for her time on the stand have made her a key talking point during the court proceedings into the triple filicide.

The Cornell University graduate confessed to treating Clancy and prescribing the 35-year-old mother multiple different medications in the four months leading up to the deaths of her children.

She also openly admitted that she only met Clancy on telehealth medicine, or video chat calls, and that she increased her medication just one day before Cora, five, Dawson, three, and eight-month-old Callan were strangled to death with exercise bands in January 2023.

Mundane text messages Lindsay Clancy sent her husband, as he was out running errands on the day she killed her children, were read at trial Thursday.

They also saw a video of the family enjoying a day out at the Museum of Science in Boston, which made Clancy visibly emotional as it played.
