NO charges against the guy detained the other day for the "citizens arrest" who was holding a blow torch.

Hope this guy is charged if he was, in fact, trying to start a fire. That's a terrible spot he targeted.

Fox reported yesterday, male California residents saw & captured an assumed homeless/ illegal male trying to start a fire with his blowtorch?

They used zip-ties & a rope before calling the police.
The police responded taking him away.

Five witnesses came forward independently. However, Fox later reported he was released because there wasn’t enough evidence to hold him???
