Admitted killer Luigi Mangione revealed Friday that he posed as an investor to United Healthcare as part of his sick murder scheme.

The disclosure came as Mangione, 28, read a written statement detailing his assassination plot against the company’s CEO Brian Thompson.

Mangione said after becoming disgruntled by the nation’s health insurance industry, he learned that UnitedHealthcare would hold its annual investor conference in New York City during December 2024.

He then traveled to Manhattan in November.

“I then emailed UnitedHealthcare leadership posing as an investor at a firm managing $50 billion in assets and requesting information,” he said.

Mangione pleaded guilty during a Friday hearing to two federal stalking charges that carry up to life in prison.
