Author proposes "polluted information environment" is at least partly to blame for election results, claiming professional news is better. We believe the democratization of information is good thing, not one to be feared, citing many examples of how the professional "news" have outright lied.

It occurred to me that the only reason that you see so many ads on Mainstream TV for Big Pharma, is that they are the only ones willing to advertise anymore, and if you took those ad dollars away, those networks would collapse.
