Martha Stewart, 83, is offering a peek into her health and wellness routine - and it involves an early morning Pilates class and a fresh green juice.

Over the years, the homemaking mogul has made headlines for her sultry selfies on Instagram, as many have remarked on her stunning, youthful looks.

In 2023, Stewart was even featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, donning a low-cut, white bathing suit and a shiny, orange cover-up.

However, there are a few things that go into her ageless look, which she revealed in a new interview with Air Mail, where she shared a few of her daily rituals.

To start her day, Stewart likes to wake up early, about 4 or 5 a.m., she said, and reads The New York Times - well, at least 'as much of any article [that she] can possibly stomach.'

Then, it's time for breakfast.

'I generally have a green juice made from vegetables in my garden and add a packet of collagen to that,' Stewart told Air Mail.

'I have one cappuccino made with my San Marco machine. We make the best cappuccinos around!'

'I go to the Pilates studio in Bedford, N.Y. I do weight training when I can, and I horseback ride,' she detailed

'I sometimes have a few tablespoons of wheat germ in skim milk, or today I had half a piece of delicious, locally made sourdough-whole-wheat toast with an avocado.'

And, on this day, after she ate breakfast, Stewart went to a Pilates class at the sharp time of 6:30 a.m.

'I go to the Pilates studio in Bedford, N.Y. I do weight training when I can, and I horseback ride,' she detailed.

Exercise also played a huge role in her preparation for the Sports Illustrated cover, she revealed during the interview, telling the outlet that she 'did every single kind of exercise' to get ready for the shoot.

Stewart also got massages before going down to the Dominican Republic for the photoshoot a few years ago.

When it comes to some of her other wellness habits, Stewart admitted that she loved to eat pomegranates, which are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C.

'Pomegranates are currently in season, and one of my housekeepers seeds a pomegranate a day for me. I eat that every single day,' she revealed.

The 83-year-old also likes to experiment with her shower temperatures - but isn't a fan of cryotherapy, which is supposed to help with muscle pain and recovery.

'I like very hot and then very cold showers,' the cookbook author told the outlet.

'I tried cryotherapy, and I’m just not good at that. I lasted half the amount of time that they tell you to do. It was so stupid!'

Stewart's interview with Air Mail comes just as celebrity chef Ina Garten addressed her rumored feud with the star.

Garten, 76, spoke about the star during a live Q+A at the People Magazine offices last Thursday.

Rumors of a rift between them have been going on for a few years now, with Stewart, 83, most recently claiming that Garten stopped speaking to her after she was sent to prison for an insider trading scandal in 2004.

However, according to the Barefoot Contessa star, that's not really what happened.

'Well, let's just say her story isn't exactly accurate,' Garten told People.

'And, you know, that was 25 years ago,' she continued with a laugh. 'I think it's time to let it go.'

But whether or not we will ever know the truth behind what happened in their friendship, the two have agreed that their friendship soured in the early 2000s, with Garten claiming they 'lost touch' when she moved to Connecticut.
