Martin Daubney was left speechless as he read out Home Office advice that has been issued to illegal migrants, including guidance on the age of consent and warnings rape is illegal.
“It is very, very rare. A story comes to GB News that completely takes my breath away,” the GB News host admitted.
The advice was shared as part of a collection titled: “Understanding behaviours and expectations in the UK: a guide for asylum seekers”.
Reading from one of the documents, Martin said: “Sex with someone under the age of 16 is a serious crime in the UK. Even if they say yes, it is still illegal. You could go to prison, lose your support and accommodation, and it will affect your asylum claim.
“Seriously,” he said incredulously, tearing off his reading glasses and throwing them down.
