In the last 15 minutes in Pennsylvania utility provider Penn Power went from having 350 customers without power to 3982 mainly focused in Easton Pennsylvania.
UPDATE:
Pennsylvania now has 13,000 customers without power. Up more than 12,500 in the last 40 minutes. Mostly centered in Easton but now also stretching into parts of Bethlehem.
