“Mean Girls” star Daniel Franzese flaunted his 135-pound weight loss in a new shirtless mirror selfie.

The actor — who portrayed Damian Leigh — took to Threads Thursday to flaunt his trimmed-down figure after three years of hard work.

“No booze, no sugar, workout 4 times a week (or more) now counting macros,” he captioned the post.

Several fans gushed over Franzese, 48, with one commenting, “Handsome af both ways but I’m so glad you’re feeling yourself and this epic transformation!”

“And you’re also an inspiration,” another added.

“Both bodies are beautiful, but you’ve made so much progress congrats,” a third chimed in.

Franzese shared his progress after revealing he nearly passed out while taking the stage at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles this past August.

“Turns out doing stand-up on 30 minutes of sleep with no food or water is not the wellness journey I thought it was,” he told the Daily Mail.

At the time, the “Looking” alum shared he was performing alongside “some of the best comics in the world,” including Chelsea Handler, Tiffany Haddish and Jay Leno, when he “suddenly got lightheaded.”

“My vision started flashing,” he explained.

“I thought, ‘Passing out in front of Jay Leno would be a little thirsty, even for me,’ so I got off stage before I became the evening’s surprise finale.”

Franzese shared he was five nearly five minutes later after putting water on his face.

“Sometimes you get so busy working and taking care of everything and everybody that you forget your own body needs taking care of too,” he said. “Consider this my reminder to you kids — sleep, eat and hydrate or Die-drate.”

Franzese is best known for his role in the 2004 comedy “Mean Girls,” also starring Lindsay Lohan, Jonathan Bennett, Rachel McAdams, Amanda Seyfried, Lizzy Caplan and Lacey Chabert.

Several of the cast, including Franzese and Lohan, reunited for a 2023 Walmart Black Friday commercial, recreating scenes from the Mark Waters-directed movie.
