The listing for the five-bedroom estate in Bridgehampton, New York, has now been updated to 'pending,' meaning the actress has accepted an offer, although the final sale price has not yet been disclosed.
If the deal closes close to her asking price, Ryan, 64, stands to make a healthy profit after buying the home for $13.5 million in 2024.

'As an actor, you are so rarely in control.
'You're always saying words that someone else has given you, standing in a room that someone else has designed, to create a reality that someone else wants to see,' she explained.
'But with decorating I am in control - it's a chance for me to bring my vision into the world.'
Her son, Jack Quaid, has even coined a nickname for her distinctive design style, jokingly referring to her renovation projects as being 'Meg-anized.'
