Meghan Markle has turned to reformer pilates at an exclusive private members' club as she continues to hide from the cameras amid her return to Britain, it has been reported.
The Duchess of Sussex, 45, has been frequenting the Wellness Barn at Soho Farmhouse for sessions on the sliding bed-like exercise apparatus, according to The Sun.
The discipline is reputed to reduce stress and enhance mental clarity alongside building strength and correcting posture.
A source close to the situation told the newspaper: "Meghan absolutely loves reformer pilates. It's a great way for her to unwind as well as make new friends in the area."
The insider added: "Meghan has become a regular at the classes inside the Wellness Barn and she's chatty and polite. Everyone in the classes gives her space. It's a very tranquil setting and no one wants to disturb her peace."
Fellow class members have evidently been considerate of her need for calm, allowing the duchess to enjoy her workouts without unwanted attention or intrusion.
Soho Farmhouse, a firm favourite among A-list celebrities, commands an annual membership fee of £4,500, granting access to more than 50 clubs across the globe.

According to insiders, Meghan has been spotted at the upmarket Oxfordshire retreat on a regular basis over the past fortnight.
The duchess has also been spotted recently at The Three Horseshoes, a historic 18th-century pub near Burford in Oxfordshire, sharing a leisurely outing with Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi.

Earlier this month, Harry and Meghan were forced to withdraw their son Archie, seven, and daughter Lilibet, five, from school after merely two days owing to security and logistical issues related to their commute.
Adding to their woes, the duchess faced a separate ordeal when her personal mobile number was exposed after she joined a WhatsApp group set up for fellow parents at the school.
A screenshot of the chat was subsequently circulated on multiple occasions, compounding what has already proved a turbulent period for the Sussexes as they attempt to establish themselves anew in Britain.
The duchess has stayed away from the limelight since her return to the UK, instead focusing on her children.
As for Harry, however, he has filled his diary with various engagements, including the inaugural Invictus Spirit Gala Dinner and Awards on September 17, followed by last week's WellChild ceremony.
