Michael B. Jordan received an unwanted visit to his Los Angeles home ahead of the holidays from a man falsely claiming to to be a member of his 'security.'

Law enforcement sources revealed to TMZ that the intruder was seen in Jordan's front yard on Wednesday afternoon.

After the 37-year-old actor's security called authorities, the suspect was promptly escorted 'off the property' as they 'waited for the cops.'

The intruder alleged he was part of Jordan's security while speaking to the police, who dutifully took all the suspect's information.

While Jordan was home, at the time of the incident, the outlet reported that he 'left the house' while the man spoke with officers.

Although Jordan’s team initially told cops that they 'just wanted to get him out of there,' they ended up deciding to 'press charges after all.'

LAPD ended up taking a trespassing report and 'conduct their investigation and then forward the case to prosecutors for possible charges.'

TMZ noted that the intruder does not have a known history of coming to Jordan's residence.

The Creed star and the suspect never came face to face.

He joins a long list of celebrities, including Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, to have their homes broken into in broad daylight.

The scary encounter comes just a week after Jordan smashed his $429,000 Ferrari into a parked car after accidentally pressing the gas pedal instead of the brake.

'It was an actual accident,' an insider told DailyMail.com. 'Michael was annoyed that he ruined his car, but that can get fixed. He was, and is, embarrassed about it all as he accidentally had his foot on the gas and didn't brake in time.

A reporter for LA-OC.tv said when he tried to film the car and its occupants speaking to police, Jordan's security guard 'tried to run me off.'

Police officers did not perform a field sobriety test, the outlet said. No charges have been filed in connection to the case.

Earlier this year, Jordan admitted to feeling 'very lonely' - two years after his split from Lori Harvey.

'There's a loneliness that I have. The responsibility that you have is isolating, and the weight is isolating.

'So I think the worst part of that is the feeling like nobody really understands, and sometimes falling into the spaces of just being alone, feeling alone.'

Giggling in response to Jay Shetty's query about finding love as the 'sexiest man alive', Michael said: 'I revert back to the last question. It's very lonely.'

'Like bringing them into my world and what I have going on isn't easy. It's not just I love you, you love me.

'That should be enough right? It's not quite that simple. Finding the right person to understand all of me, but then all that comes with me, as well'

The actor's last public relationship was with model Lori, however the pair split after one and a half years in June 2022.

A source close to the exes told People that they were 'completely heartbroken' about the split and they 'still love' each other.

'There are so many places and people I have never had the opportunity to happening meet that I might connect and vibe with that might be a person my soul connects to.'

'I'm looking forward to that part of my life. I think the last couple of years I'm starting to get to a place where I have to start living.

'I've sacrificed and I have been zoned in for so long, I owe it to myself a little bit to do that.'
