Michael Schumacher's nephew, David Schumacher, and his wife, Vivien, have revealed they are expecting their first child together.
The 24-year-old racing driver and Vivien, 25, a Hungarian-born racer formerly known as Vivien Keszthelyi, shared the happy news on social media.
The couple posted a photograph showing them kissing in the reflection of a mirror set on grass against a backdrop of a lake and mountains.
The word "Baby" was written on the glass alongside a heart, with a teddy bear, knitted blanket and small white boots arranged around the mirror.
"Love made us two. Life is making us three," they wrote in the caption.
Neither the baby's sex nor a due date has been shared.
The baby will be the first grandchild for David's father, retired Formula One driver Ralf Schumacher, 51, and his ex-wife Cora, 49, a German television personality, model and former racer.
David and Vivien have been together for eight years.

He proposed on a beach in the Maldives last November, and the pair tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Salzburg in February.
Both husband and wife have forged careers in motorsport.
David currently races a Ford Mustang GT3 for HRT Ford Racing in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup, while Vivien started competing at the age of 13 and was chosen for the Audi Sport Racing Academy before going on to race in the Asian Formula Three Championship, the inaugural W Series and Euroformula Open.
David's father Ralf exchanged vows last May with his partner Etienne Bousquet-Cassagne in the French Riviera town of St Tropez.

The couple arrived at the town hall dressed identically in dark blue suits paired with white shirts and pale blue ties.
Schumacher, who won six Grand Prix races during his career with Williams and Jordan, married the French businessman in what marked the start of a three-day celebration.
The 50-year-old German and his 36-year-old partner own a property near the picturesque coastal location, which once served as Schumacher's holiday home with his former wife.
The wedding ceremony was captured by cameras from Sky and Wow as part of their four-part documentary series titled "Ralf & Etienne: Wir sagen Ja" (We Say Yes).

Among those in attendance was Peter Hardenacke, Sky's Formula One expert and Schumacher's colleague, who offered his congratulations to the newlyweds.
"I'm happy for him, I wish him all the luck in the world. I believe he has found the right partner," Hardenacke told Bild newspaper.
Following the ceremony, the couple travelled to a restaurant reception aboard a luxury motorboat.
The baby news is a moment of joy for the wider Schumacher family, which has endured years of difficulty since seven-time world champion Michael's life-changing skiing accident.
