An migrant who was arrested at the border for crossing illegally before being cut loose has been charged with raping a five-year-old girl on Long Island.

Wilson Castillo Diaz, 26, of Westbury, is accused of raping the young victim at an undisclosed location on October 16, according to Nassau County Police.

Diaz, who illegally crossed the US border near Rio Grande, Texas in April 2014, was arrested by US Border Patrol agents and then released.

Every illegal is someone here without any legitimate papers, passport, or visa. We take them in with the name they want us to believe they are—not the name they actually have.

Every dang one must go back “home,” which we also cannot know, because we do not know what country they come from, either.

I will say it is a wonderful thing that the border states do not have to have 100% of the crime from criminals.

Long Island needs its fair share of illegal crime, too.

I would rather it not be someone so young, regardless, but illegals are effectively told they can choose their crimes.
