Mom left in tears after her two-year-old son cut off her hair as she slept before supergluing it back on

A mom has woken up to the hairstyle from hell after her toddler gave her an unexpected makeover with scissors and superglue.

Sarah Kafaji posted her shocking video to TikTok, sobbing as she showed dark wisps of hair sticking out in different directions.

'I've literally been crying all f**king day. He cut my f**king hair so bad,' the mom wailed.

'I can't get these things out of my f**king hair. I've tried really hard,' she said, referencing what appeared to be tubes of mascara superglued into a bun atop her head.

'I'm literally going to have to cut off most of my hair. He cut all the sides of my hair off... I am literally spiraling. I am spiraling into a crisis. I'm not okay.'

In a follow-up video, the appalled mom explained the hair-raising incident took place at around 3am while her son had been asleep in his room, and she in hers.

Somehow, he had woken up, made his way into her room and climbed up on a chair where her scissors and glue were sitting on her desk.

'He came into my room in the middle of the night and I didn't even hear him,' she shared.

'Usually, when he wakes up in the middle of the night he starts crying so I'll hear him immediately,' she added. 'But he didn't that night.'

The mom added that 'usually' when her son does 'sneaky' stuff he goes quiet - so she knows, but as it was the middle of the night she didn't notice anything astray. 

'I didn't hear him,' she said simply, adding most of the time she will wake up when her son does.

The mom then assured viewers that she had made a salon appointment to fix her hair, and had tried olive oil and acetone to get the beauty products out.

While Sarah received some criticism over sleeping through her toddler's hair attack, many shared their own stories.

'Girl my boys climbed out the window when they were four and hid across the street in the neighbors garage. Took them three MINUTES to pull it off, they move quick dude,' a user shared.

'I swear the are tiny Houdini's!!' added another.

'When you're tired you can sleep through anything. I am a mother-of-two and I've been terrorized with almost everything LOL,' someone else shared.

'My daughter lip stained my whole damn face and I slept through it,' someone else assured the mom.

But it is not the first time a toddler has given a hairy makeover.

One toddler, from the UK, shocked his parents when he gave himself a haircut with his dad's clippers, shaving half his head.

Two-year-old Otis Morgan managed to get his hands on the clippers, which had been charging outside the bathroom, as his mum Faith, 37, folded laundry.

After giving himself a trim, Otis then crawled into his parents' bedroom, where his mom spotted him.

'I had to laugh. I mean you either choose to laugh or cry in situations like that', Faith said.

'He was playing with his sister's unicorn toy which makes a buzzing noise as it spins round, so I didn't even register the buzzing noise of the clippers.'
