Resurfaced video shows the moment Diddy let out a creepy laugh as he invited a 13-year-old child actress to an after party in 2003.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs is seen inviting The Ring actress Daveigh Chase to a party for an MTV event, after presenting her with an award on stage.

'Are you coming to the after party tonight?' he says in the video. Diddy was at the VMAs to present the best 'Best Villain' category with Ashton Kutcher, which Chase won.

He gives a chilling laugh as Chase agrees to come.

The clip has resurfaced amid shocking and separate allegations from an individual who claims she was raped by Diddy and another unnamed male celebrity at a VMA after party three years prior, when she was 13.

Chase has not commented on the resurfaced video and there is no evidence to suggest anything untoward happened at the 2003 afterparty.

Diddy was encouraging Chase on stage as she gave her acceptance speech for her win in the 'Best Villain' category.

She won the award for her performance in The Ring.

She was later photographed with Diddy and Kutcher at the VH1 Big In '03 event.

The video resurfaced amid separate allegations from an unnamed woman that she was raped at the rapper's house in 2000.

Diddy denies all allegations against him. He is currently in jail awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

He is accused of drugging and raping victims as young as nine.

His attorneys told DailyMail.com he 'never sexually assaulted anyone' and said the most recent 'barrage of filings' were nothing but 'clear attempts to garner publicity'.

The plaintiff claims an unnamed male celebrity also raped her while Combs and an unnamed female celebrity watched.

She was 13 at the time and gone to Radio City Music Hall without a ticket, hoping to sneak into the event.

She was unsuccessful, but met Diddy's driver who she says told her to come back after the show.

She claims the driver took her '20 minutes away' to a 'large white house with a gated U-shape driveway'.

Once inside, the woman claims she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

She says she saw 'many' celebrities at the house, and that there was 'widespread' cocaine and marijuana use.

'[She] accepted a drink, a reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice', then felt 'woozy'.

Diddy's annual Labor Day 'White Party' was known for being crazy and often getting out of control, with neighbors often calling the cops to complain about noise

'Looking for a place to rest, Plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment,' the 19-page legal document reads.

'Soon after, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room.

'Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, 'You are ready to party!''

'Combs then threw Plaintiff toward another male celebrity, Celebrity A, who removed Plaintiff's clothes as she grew more and more disoriented.

'Plaintiff was held down by Celebrity A who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched.

'After the male celebrity finished, Combs then vaginally raped Plaintiff while the Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched.

'Combs attempted to force Plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped.'

No further information is given about the unnamed celebrities.

Combs' White Parties and other events were notorious at the time, and often attracted large A-list crowds.

The lawsuit says the victim eventually escaped the after party venue.

She later fell into a 'deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life,' the lawsuit reads.

Diddy attended the 2000 VMAs with then girlfriend Jennifer Lopez. She is not named in the lawsuit.

It came amid a slew of new allegations against the rapper.

Tony Buzbee has filed 12 lawsuits in the past week alone on behalf of alleged Diddy victims, both male and female, who are seeking damages.

Buzbee said though some of the claimed abuse was more than two decades ago, as far back as 2000, 'most of the events described occurred in 2022'.

'The egregious conduct set out in the lawsuits occurred in New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas,' he said.

All the plaintiffs will be be anonymous, like the first six whose lawsuits were filed last week.

Buzbee is lead counsel on the lawsuits through his Buzbee Law Firm outfit in Houston, with AVA Law Group in California and Curis Law in New York assisting.

The lawyer said last week that a hotline he set up for victims and witnesses of Diddy and his associates had 12,000 calls in 24 hours.

Houston attorney Tony Buzbee said he expects lawsuits to be filed within the next month, with most expected to be filed in New York and Los Angeles

His team gathered enough evidence to file 120 victims' lawsuits against the rapper, and announced them at a press conference three weeks ago.

Of the 120 alleged victims, 25 were underage at the time of the abuse, the youngest being 9, 14, 15.

Diddy's lawyers meanwhile maintain the hip hop mogul is not guilty of the charges brought.

'Mr Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors,' Combs' lawyer Erica Wolff told DailyMail.com.

'He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.'
