The mother of a 13-year-old-schoolboy whose father gave him cocaine and booked him a prostitute today blasted her ex as 'disgusting'.
The mother had reluctantly agreed to let her teenage boy spend a night with his dad - her former partner - at a hotel in Bromley south London to 'cheer him up'.
But when the boy arrived, his dad offered him cocaine and said: 'I've bought a brass.'
The youngster told his dad he did not want to take drugs or have sex with the woman, to which he responded: 'Don't be a p***y.'
The boy later told his horrified mother about what had happened - prompting her to go to police.
After her 39-year-old ex was sentenced to four years in jail after pleading guilty to arranging a child sex offence, the woman - who cannot be named for legal reasons - lashed out.
Speaking from her home in the Home Counties, she said: 'He's an absolutely disgusting man.
'There are so many bad things that he's done...'
The trial took place at Croydon Crown Court (pictured), where the man was on trial for arranging for a child to engage in sexual activity, as well as for offering to supply cocaine
She want on: 'But I just want to move on from this horrible business.
'I don't want to speak about him for the sake of the children.'
And a source added: 'What that man did is just the most unbelievable thing you can imagine - unless you know him in which case it's not that surprising at all.
'He's out of control, the worst father going and it's a wonder his son has turned out so well when he's had him for a dad.
'The family are well rid of him. '
In court this week, the father, a former company director, had insisted that he was a 'good father'.
He told Croydon Crown Court: 'I might not look like it in your eyes.
'It was only because he was feeling down because he'd broken up with his girlfriend and he said he'd done all that stuff before.'
He added: 'I've genuinely got a good heart.
'On paper I must sound like an absolute reprobate but that's not the case at all.'
Another source described the dad - who once ran a business with his ex - as a 'complete yob'.
They went on: 'He [the father] is a real jack-the-lad.
'He's a physically fit man who always claimed to love his kids and his family.
'But despite the foreign holidays and trips to the park, he was more interested in going to the pub and getting out of it.'
Another added: 'They finally split up a couple of years ago.
'She had had enough. And who can blame her.'
Sentencing him, Judge Antony Hyams-Parish told the dad he had attempted to humiliate his own son into going along with twisted night of drugs and sex.
Mr Justice Hyams-Parish said: 'He seems to be a very bright, intelligent and very sensible young man. But at 13, he was young and impressionable.
'As his father he no doubt looked up to you. He didn't have a choice. He went along with what you asked. You clearly gave no thought to the impact son your son.'
The father's name will be added to the sex offenders register and be the subject of a sexual harm prevention order for ten years.
Mr Justice Hyams-Parish praised the youngster's bravery for telling his mother what had happened.
The judge said: 'He should feel no guilt whatsoever. He was the more sensible person in all of this.'
The dad will also be subject to sex offence notification requirements for life and was given a 10-year SHPO.
