“There's certainly a lot of work for a Department of Government Efficiency.

There will be immense opposition, obviously, to making government more efficient from entrenched interests that currently benefit from sucking away vast amounts of taxpayer money.

They will not like the fact that they're not getting it anymore.

They will fight tooth and nail.

It's got to be done.

We're going to aim to reduce government spending, get government out of people's lives as much as possible, and restore freedom and liberty.”

These comments by Trump and Musk are refreshing. Way too often we hear “conservatives” talk about compromise, and going along to get along.

Meanwhile the Democrats play hardball.

Authentic, genuine, leadership (Trump) etc..
