A mom-of-four has defended her decision to buy her tween daughter everything on her Christmas list - even though it totals more than $5,000.

Roxanne Loya, 34, gave birth to her first child when she was only 16 years old with her now-husband, and after growing up in a low-income household is determined to give her kids the life she never had.

Roxanne, from Phoenix, Arizona, who also has two other daughters and a son, initially had no plans to buy eldest child Audrey everything on the gift wish list.

The mom-of-four told People that it sounds cliché, but as they both grew up 'very poor,' they 'made a pact' to work together to make it different for their children.

'While we did a great job and succeeded at that, it kind of landed us with some very demanding kids,' she told the publication, adding when her daughter first showed her the list she thought, 'no, no, no.'

However, Roxanne, who owns three businesses in healthcare with her husband, explained she 'pretty much' ended up buying everything that was requested.

'My mom thinks I'm crazy,' she admitted. 'I grew up in a very conservative household, where holidays meant getting underwear and socks. She thinks I'm insane for how spoiled my kids are, but it's just what we're able to provide, and that's okay.'

The extravagant Christmas list recently went viral on TikTok after Roxanne revealed her daughter's list totaled $5,000 - or at least, she joked, that's what it felt like.

Roxanne's daughter, whom she said was 'just like' her, had created a highly organized Christmas gift list - sharing her most wanted items.

'If you look at the list now, she's added a thousand more things to it,' the mom explained.

'Every five seconds, even when she's at school, I get notifications saying, "Audrey updated her list, Audrey updated her list." I have to text her and say, "Girl, leave that list alone. It's done. No more. You're not adding anything else!"' she added.

Her list included a $98 pair of Lululemon leggings, some Adidas Sambas, a digital camera,  digital photo printer and charging port, phone cases upwards of $35, and some high-end makeup products from Charlotte Tilbury and Carolina Herrera.

She had even created a system to rank the items she wanted to most, with the gifts she most-desired written in purple with a bow next to it.

'The girl knows what she wants and she's not willing to compromise,' she joked in the caption.

'I guess in 12-year-old girl math they don't know how to add it all up,' she added.

'I need to start taking some notes and add some things to my Christmas wish list based off of hers,' the mom concluded the post.

'Lol girl my 13-year-old is the same I laughed,' one user commented.

'The hoodie was first on hers too and all the same stuff and more they think we are made of money. She has one for Sephora $3,000 alone like what.'

'She's organized. Lol she is going places in life!' joked another. 'Love it.'

Others pointed out a list is a lit for a reason.

'I think if she's aware that a list doesn't guarantee she'll get EVERY single thing on it, then this isn't super unreasonable?' a user asked.

'Tons of good ideas, different prices ranges, and I love her organization!'
