Dr Tim Gallaudet told a Congressional committee that he was on a Navy exercise off the country’s East Coast when he received an email on a secure internal network headed ‘URGENT SAFETY OF FLIGHT ISSUE’.

He described how the ‘brief but alarming’ message referred to ‘multiple near mid-air collisions’ with the mystery object and contained an attachment of what is now known as the ‘go fast’ video captured on the forward-looking infrared sensor of an F/A-18 jet.

The former rear admiral, appearing before the GOP Oversight Committee on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), said he and other commanders were told that if the anomaly was not identified then the pre-deployment exercise, which included the Theodore Rosevelt Carrier Strike Group, would have to be shut down.

He told the hearing: ‘The now declassified video showed an unidentified object exhibiting flight and structural characteristics unlike anything in our arsenal. The implication of the email was clear.

‘The author was asking whether any of the recipients were aware of classified technology demonstrations that could explain these objects.

At the time, he was responsible for ‘safety of flight risks’ for the Navy and was concerned that the pilots were being left to encounter UAPs ‘without guidance or support’.

The disclosure advocate concluded that the information was so secret it had been compartmentalized by an intelligence agency at a level which even he had no access to.

One thing I never understood is why some UFOs appear on radar and others don’t.

That's a very interesting point

Here's a comment I made on a thread yesterday that is related to that:

It has been suggested that UFOs might be a form of image projection with a unique kind of mass or substance. This projection could exist primarily in another dimension, intersecting with ours just enough to give it a perceived material presence (solid enough to appear on radar and/or even leave burn marks on the soil). This idea becomes easier to grasp when we remember that what we think of as solid objects are actually collections of atoms bound by electronic forces.

If something from another dimension could manifest similarly—through energy or atomic-like structure—it might give the impression of a tangible, physical object without being one in the conventional sense.

This also offers a possible explanation for why such an object could appear to endure extreme G-forces without destruction; as a projection, it wouldn’t experience forces in the same way a solid object would, allowing it to move or maneuver rapidly without the structural damage we’d expect in physical matter.

Additionally, the beings (grays and even mantis-type beings, et al.) seen around these phenomena might not actually be within the projected 'craft.' Instead, they may step through from this other dimension, appearing alongside or even within these projections in a way that gives the illusion of occupancy. This could suggest that the entire experience—craft and beings alike—is part of a dimensional phenomenon that only partially intersects with our reality, creating a perception of material presence without true physicality.

Well then how are we supposed to shoot them down? Not that we want to of course, but....

That could also be an explanation for spiritual things like ghosts, spirits, demons, banshees and even sasquatch.

It’s a fascinating question, and while this is all speculative, one possibility is that these phenomena could vary in their nature. Some may be projections—like a movie screen but with an added layer of physicality or materiality that interacts with our reality in limited ways. Others might be entities or objects that are only partially penetrating our dimension, existing at the threshold of our physical reality. Still others could fully enter our dimension, appearing as tangible physical objects.

In cases where they appear to be ‘shot down,’ it’s possible those instances involve the latter—entities or objects that have completely manifested in our dimension, making them subject to physical forces and interactions. If they are projections or only partially in our reality, conventional attempts to ‘shoot them down’ might have little to no effect, as the methods we use to interact with solid objects wouldn’t apply in the same way.

This could also explain why some of these phenomena show up on radar while others do not, and why photos and videos of them are often of such poor quality—perhaps due to the partial or inconsistent nature of their manifestation in our dimension.
