A U.S. soldier has died in Iraq from noncombat injuries, according to the Defense Department. Capt. Eric Richard Hart, 34, of Indianapolis, died Saturday, the Pentagon said. Hart was supporting the U.S. military’s operations against the designated terrorist group ISIS in Iraq. He was assigned to the 38th Infantry Division within the Indiana National Guard.…
