Nevada has joined the side of common sense!
It was voted Tuesday by the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association (NIAA) to bring in a new policy regarding gender eligibility that bans biological males from being able to compete in female sports. With the update, only females — biological females — are allowed to participate in the female category throughout Nevada.

“I commend the NIAA for taking this important and courageous step,” Lieutenant Gov. Anthony said. “Today’s vote sends a clear message: Nevada values and protects opportunities for female athletes. Girls deserve a level playing field, and this action helps ensure they can compete, grow, and succeed without having to compromise safety or fairness.”
The reversal from Nevada is a huge switch-up from the prior policy in the state that allowed biological males to participate in female sports.

I have love for the state of Nevada, I plan on having a nice house in Las Vegas when I get rich, so this is nice to see and makes me happy for the citizens. Now, we just need to get Maine and these other left-wing morons on board.
