I think they’re now dribbling this stuff out because that way they can claim to have ‘complied’ with the FOIA Request, rather than wait until Trump’s people take power and dig much deeper.

In other words, if Fitton files another FOIA Request after Trump take office, they can claim that it’s ‘redundant’ and has already been answered.
