A crazed homeless man went on a rampage in Manhattan’s Bryant Park Saturday in which he hurled a cell phone at a mother and her infant in a stroller — striking the child in the arm, cops said.

Getty ImagesAround 10:00 a.m. Saturday, 49-year-old Marc Okon allegedly targeted the stroller near Sixth Avenue and West 41st Street, striking the baby girl in the left arm with a cell phone and causing visible redness.
NYPD CRC (Critical Response Command ) team outside Bryant Park this morning in Manhattan, New York, U.S., August 15, 2020 Rashid Umar AbbasiOkon, who is homeless, then reportedly retrieved the device and threw it again at the 39-year-old mother, though the phone missed its mark.
Police took Okon into custody at the scene, charging him with assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and reckless endangerment.
Police said the victims did not know Okon.
