Kim Delaney’s husband, James Morgan, was arrested for public intoxication after the couple got into an argument during a recent flight.
Morgan was detained Monday after he landed at Los Angeles International Airport, law enforcement sources told TMZ.
He and the “NYPD Blue” actress flew into Los Angeles from Detroit via Delta and allegedly got into a verbal argument mid-flight.
Morgan also allegedly got into an argument with a flight attendant. It’s unclear what caused the incident.
In a statement to the outlet, Delta said they have “zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first.”
Page Six has reached out to Delaney for comment but did not immediately hear back.
In February, Morgan was arrested after cops responded to a disturbance at their Los Angeles-area apartment.
At the time, authorities received numerous 911 calls from neighbors who reported a verbal disturbance in a public area at the pair’s residence in Marina Del Rey.
When the police arrived, Morgan was arrested for obstructing or delaying a public officer.
In March 2025, both Delaney, 64, and Morgan were arrested and charged after they got into a “heated argument that turned physical” at their home.
The “Army Wives” actress was reportedly booked for felony assault with a deadly weapon, while Morgan was booked for misdemeanor battery.
Morgan claimed Delaney tried to hit him with her car before they were both arrested for domestic violence.
The Emmy winner and Morgan tied the knot in October 2022.
Though Delaney often shared images of her husband on social media, the last post she made of Morgan was in May 2025.
In the snap, Delaney sat on Morgan’s lap as they smiled for a selfie at an outside patio.
“Sunday, gorgeous fun day,” she captioned the picture.
