A knife-wielding woman was shot and wounded by police in the heart of Times Square after she stabbed two people Monday, sources said.
The suspect knifed two victims at West 42nd Street and Seventh Avenue in the Crossroads of the World just before 4:30 p.m., according to law enforcement sources.
Officers found her behind the NYPD substation, pointing a knife at them, the sources said.
