I've read reports that these Block II, long(er) range missles (190 to 200 mile range vs the Block I one 100 mile range) take American soldiers to operate.
If this is true, then Brandon of 2024 (irony of ironies), would have us in Iraq 2.0 per the words of Joe of 2007.

Peoplle should be aware that he was running for president, as was Obama, the George W Bush administration was in its last years, and Iraq was a big campaign issue for Democrats.
According to Joe of 2007, the US attacked Iraq without being attacked first.
